I'm feeling so much better, confident every since Rosie ✂️ my hair also highlights. She's so sweet and is the Edward Sissor Hands ✂️ of cutting hair. She's been cutting hair since I believe 15years old,it shows. Thank You Rosie. See you in a few weeks.
