The facility is very clean, professional, and friendly, standing out compared to other local options. The office team, led by Juanita, is very helpful and efficient. Technicians, such as the MRI tech, do a great job making patients feel comfortable during scans. The business provides various payment options, including auto insurance, health insurance, and self-pay. Many patients appreciate the ease of making appointments, short wait times, and the friendly, professional front reception. For example, one patient praised technician Charles for his experience and bedside manner during a CT scan, noting the procedure was quick and smooth. However, some experiences have been mixed; one patient mentioned a long wait because the MRI technician was absent and was bothered by a lingering smell and the lack of headphones during MRI scans. Overall, National Imaging Specialists is highly recommended for quality service, though some may consider trying alternative locations for MRI procedures.
Sheri at the front is soooo nice and the whole office took care of me well during my MRI. Pat makes sure you’re comfortable and keeps you updated throughout the imaging. Highly recommend this place!
I recently had a PET scan of my brain. If it is possible to have an enjoyable experience, NSI made it so. Met at the desk by Sheri, very pleasant. Attended in the room by Jennifer, who started the IV, no pain and great conversation. The procedure was performed by Nicky? You know who you are (Thus the PET scan😉) Also a pro and very friendly. Upon arriving for my appointment, Sheri at the front desk immediately acknowledged me and assisted me in a professional and welcoming manner. She made the check-in process smooth and easy, then personally escorted me to the CT technologist who would be assisting me.
I had the pleasure of having Jennifer as my CT technologist. She was kind, pleasant, and courteous. Jennifer thoroughly explained the procedure, made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam, and talked me through each step, which helped put me at ease.
