“While visiting my daughter, who is in college, we had a girls’ pedicure day with her and a couple of friends. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and professional. They made sure we knew all the options and we felt very pampered. They did an excellent job on all of us. The salon is very clean, easy to find and very nice. It was a very enjoyable experience for us all. Definitely recommend as I cannot think of a single negative thing to say.

I have not had much success in the past with men doing my pedis but the young men who work here are very good. They have a lot of options for pedis and nail services. “I have been going to Kim nails for over 15 years. They are the nicest, most caring people you could ever meet in the cosmetology business. They are very sanitary and make sure all tools and chairs have been throughly cleaned after each and every use. The massage chairs and water jets are beyond relaxing as well. The nail art Jennifer does is wonderful and very creative she’s very talented with the nails. I always get compliments on both my manicures and pedicures! Never had any issue going here with the customer service and health. If anyone should get their nails done it should be at Kim nails. They both always do an excellent job!“

“You have to make a reservation and they fill up quickly, but my nail technician was super sweet. Marylene (on Instagram as @nova__nailz) helped me book a good time. But then - tragedy struck! My car broke down at the last minute. She was able to reschedule me with no issue or extra charges. Truly, I can't thank her enough for that. She was lovely to chat with and my Donald Duck nails look fab!“

“All I can say is WOW!

I came in today with my coworker (she had been here before). I originally walked in wanting a mani pedi… as I was waiting for a pedicure chair, Duc (pronounced Duke), walked over and asked me what I was wanting. After telling him my experiences with acrylics, he immediately reassured me that if I had ANY issues with my nails, to come back and he would take care of me. From the moment I walked inside the doors I felt comfortable and knew I would be taken great care of. Duc held conversation with me the entire time (which I love! I hate sitting in awkward silence while receiving a service.). Duc even finished my set while receiving my pedicure so my coworker didn’t have to wait for me since she has started before I did (very thoughtful). I told Duc that I have had pretty bad experiences with nail salons in the past and he reassured me that I can speak up anytime during the service ♡ I think after this wonderful experience, I’ll actually be motivated enough to keep consistent on my nail care.

I will 100% be returning; thanks to Duc!
