I called Vlad after finding him on google. At first I was hesitant to use a mobile mechanic, but decided to give him a shot since he had great reviews and the photos showcased his work. He was responsive from the start and got me an estimate the same day! I would highly recommend contacting Vlad's company, Start-S, for your next auto repair.
I came across Vlad’s Information on Facebook and called for an appointment. It was early in the morning and I was hopeful to get an appointment sometime during the week. To my surprise, he responded very quickly and had availability later in the afternoon. I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes changed. Vlad texted me to say that he had an opening in his schedule and he could come earlier than scheduled, which worked perfectly for me. It’s the first time I’ve used a Mobile Mechanic and it certainly won’t be the last. Such an easy experience. I don’t know why I hadn’t done it before. Vlad was. Personable, professional, and extremely efficient.
Very class act. Got a warranty for my alternator that was installed 2 years ago and exchanged it for free. Went out of his way to honor the work and customers he has. Will use all the time and every time.
