Terrible We were moving into a new home back in July .....house was empty and paid 500 for a deep clean......I couldn't tell they had even been there top of fridge had a thick layer of dust bathrooms were cleaned ..... Had the unpleasant experience of dealing with them last week after requesting a quote. Larry arrived on time and once I let him in I explained that the furniture would be gone before the cleaning. He exclaimed "Hang on calm down don't you want to hear about us first?". No, no I don't. He then launched into a spiel about the many companies they own and how great they were then had the gall to say "I gave you the cliff note version, usually that takes 20 min, you're lucky"..... All I thought was just please walk my house and give me a quote. After walking him through the house (it was a move out cleaning) I asked an approx. price. "Let's sit down". So we did. He filled out his form and when I asked about a ballpark figure as it was uncomfortably silent, he told me to "shush" and put his finger up at me to be quiet. He then offered an insanely high price and asked me to sign the bottom. When I said no I'll take a look and work on my budget (I had absolutely no intent of signing anything with this company) he angrily asked "Well then, what IS your budget?" I asked him to leave. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
To say I was disappointed is an understatement. For the price I paid ($700) for a deep clean service, I'd expect better quality than an end result comparable to what you'd pay a teenager working a summer job. Even after they had left, we still found grime all over the kitchen and inside the cabinets.While I understand in certain areas you can claim that you tried and a stain wouldn't come out, arguing with the customer to the point where a paper towel and hot water had to disprove said claim, which ended with an apology from the manager does not serve well for returning business. Overall, I feel the money spent wasn't worth the hassle, let alone the subpar results of the job. I don't even want to try further resolving this issue based on the experience. We're going with someone else next time.
