Our 3rd time using Florida Air Care. They have creative solutions, explain problems and alternatives in layman's language, even called to say they were a little late for an appointment. I Will continue to call on them.Services: A/C system maintenance

Having just purchased our Condo as a 2nd home, we are still very much learning who to utilize/trust based on the number of businesses out there. We were referred to FAC LLC by our contractor in the efforts to diagnose an issue with our air ducting. I called right away (From Georgia)and was greeted by a very professional/helpful young lady Crystal who I scheduled an appointment to have a tech troubleshoot this issue. It didn’t take long for a call back explaining results found with an emailed quote. We scheduled for repairs when we arrived 2 weeks later in Florida with a courtesy call confirming our appointment. They meet and exceed every timeline and are extremely professional and prices were real reasonable. This is no small feat as did a great job on a very big commercial air conditioning projects that had many moving parts.
