Steve Jandecka—we can't thank him enough for his dedication to making our lives and work easier. We deal a lot with MOTILI and very often our orders get lost or are available at different locations, and he is the only one that manages to tack them down, arrange transfers, find lost returns and receipts, communicate with Motili—you name it. If we have any issue that needs to be addressed, no matter which Ferguson branch it is, we call Steve J. No one else has been able to assist us when it comes to Motili, so he needs to train others on how to process their orders as efficiently as he is. A diamond in the rough. Needed an exact part for got & cold water turn offs and went to 4 other plumbing places. I pulled up her not expecting much & was blown away by the knowledge, helpfulness & assistance in getting the correct parts I needed.
