Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I'm frequent shopper in sam's club, I went shopping 4/12/24 I tryed to check out at the self checkout but the machine was having a malfunction ,so we called over the associate she didn't help kept tell us to go to another machine while our transaction was still spinning. My husband asked her can she a manager, she totally ignored us after that went to customer service no help there not helpful or friendly. At this point we asked for a manager he was so patient and willing to solve the problem and name is Dee . That the only giving 4 stars. The need to work behind the scenes not customers!

Todd is AMAZING! so is his fellow hair stylist! Never trying to push added stuff you don't need or want. Very friendly and super professional. I am very low maintenance with my hair, but I am very particular with who cuts and styles it. I got tinsel strands today and they are perfect!

Todd is great! Takes good care of my shoulder length fine hair. So good in fact that I brought my husband there and he got a great ‘clean up’ cut, including mustache, a win-win! ?????
