I'm frequent shopper in sam's club, I went shopping 4/12/24 I tryed to check out at the self checkout but the machine was having a malfunction ,so we called over the associate she didn't help kept tell us to go to another machine while our transaction was still spinning. My husband asked her can she a manager, she totally ignored us after that went to customer service no help there not helpful or friendly. At this point we asked for a manager he was so patient and willing to solve the problem and name is Dee . That the only giving 4 stars. The need to work behind the scenes not customers!

Been getting my haircuts here for 1 year, and color service, Also took my daughter & grandson here, both very satisfied. The stylist, Mai is very quick, & does exactly how I want my hair done. He is very courteous, & knowledgeable. Prices extremely reasonable.
I've been getting my hair cut from Mai, approximately 4 years. #1 always polite and kind, and yes a great haircut. After years they are all polite and friendly and yes do awesome hair🤣 I highly recommend.
