Very professional and thorough. We had an extremely old model so the new ones being larger had to be arranged differently in the garage to work. They stayed true to the quote given, came out promptly to complete the project, and finished in a day. Once again Cool Depot came through!! I had 2 of my 3 HVAC units break down on the same day. In a season where customers keep HVAC workers extremely busy, they still managed to have me up and running again the next day, even with having to replace some major parts. To top it off, it cost considerably less than I anticipated! Always a major plus!
