There is a lot of moment in this office and because of that there is always an issue with communication. The counselors are caring but the organization is not run professionally at all.

Great experience, friendly environment, my therapist Joseph Bradham explained things thoroughly and listened to me and was kind, made me feel like I could open up and be honest without judgement or embarrassment.

Not a good experience. The receptionist thinks she is a doctor. Tried to get an appointment, because my daughter wasn’t doing well. She told her that the person that prescribes the medication is on vacation. My daughter ended up in the hospital. When my daughter got out of the hospital, we tried to make an appointment and the receptionist said the hospital should have given her a 30 day supply, but they didn’t. We got a sooner appointment, but this receptionist is ridiculous. My daughter was in danger, and the receptionist said that it wasn’t an emergency and she wouldn’t reach out to the doctor. The receptionist is going to get them sued.
