Never had a problem with sallys and their products but today I got an item on sale and was surprised it was so low! Once in the car I went to inspect the item and it was cracked open and product was completely dry. Still sold it to me to make a profit. Found the same item at a different location to exchange. It had a different top.. very disappointing and deceptive. I will not be going to the location at pinecrest.

Very rude manager Will not return to this store due to horrible customer service from the manager. The employee was very kind and helped me right away, however the manager spoke to the employee like she was an idiot. I ended up not buying anything after being treated as If my money wasn't good enough. Before paying I asked do you have change if I pay with a hundred? The employee said yes, however she didn't have change. No big deal yet the manager came over mad she had to get change out of her drawer. Gave the employee and myself attitude about it.
