This review is specifically for Dr. Pines, not the office itself. To be honest, the wait times at the office can be quite long. However, Dr. Pines is absolutely worth the wait.
We first became her patients by chance last year and ended up switching to her permanently—and I’m so glad we did. She is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Even when she is clearly running behind, I have never once felt rushed. She sits down, takes her time, listens carefully, and addresses all of our concerns thoroughly.

Amazing practice. Everyone is so patient. I love everyone at this office. They are so patient and loving. Dr. Pines is an amazing doctor added to the family here at Pinecrest Pediatrics.
We love Dr. Pines and all the nurses at Pinecrest Pediatrics. We had a few urgent doctor office visits and they always accommodated either same day or the next morning. Extremely grateful for this Dr. Pines and this practice! I’m not sure what other reviewers are talking about, we’ve never waited more than 5 mins to see the nurse & doctor - which has been amazing!! Can’t say enough good things! The entire practice is very clean, exams are very thorough, and the doctor and nurses read the charts before they enter the room so they’re up to date and ask detailed patient specific questions. 10/10
