I’ve dealt with two other companies since I moved to Davie eleven years ago. They were a huge disappointment. This company is wonderful. Rafael responded to my every concern and the techs that repaired my unit were professional and got the job done perfectly. I highly recommend Freeze Point for all your HVAC needs. I’m very satisfied.
I have invested in Freezing Point‘s maintenance plan. They are the ones who remind me to set up my appointments and when I worry that there is an issue with the AC, I call and they show quickly. I called today at 2pm and they were inspecting and resolving it under 2 hours.
Jairo and his assistant were amazing! Super professional, efficient, and clean about their work! Jairo explained everything and was very detailed. Thank you also to the owner who responded right away and had someone in my home within 2 hours to evaluate the issue. A great AC company is much needed in MIAMI! Thanks again!
