I sent my taxes to Jessica since the end of the 3rd week of March. I was initially told she was backed up by 2 weeks. I followed up 3 weeks later & was told she was still backed up. Almost 4 weeks later, I've yet to receive a followup & tomorrow is the deadline. I was dissapointed about this experience, but I decided to take my business elsewhere, where it was welcome and I was serviced the same day.

I strongly advise against working with Jessica Puckett at East Washington Accountants. Over the years, she consistently missed deadlines, ignored my emails and calls for months at a time, and even filed late multiple times without informing me. Despite paying her fees, I was left in the dark and scrambling to keep things on track.

The final straw was when she abruptly dropped me as a client and told me to find another accountant. When I requested my documents for the transition, she became difficult and uncooperative, making it nearly impossible to retrieve essential records. I gave them my paperwork March 14th and as of today , April 7th, I don't have the completed work. I have called several times over the last 6 weeks to be told " they're working on it". I am a single, senior citizen with an uncomplicated tax return.I've used them for the past two years without issue, I don't know what happened this time
