Dr. Owens and his team are wonderful! Our dog is not easy to handle, so we really appreciate the calm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Owens listens to my ideas and explains his thought process and suggestions for treatment. It is a top-quality veterinary practice!
He was compassionate and thorough. I now finally know without a doubt what is going on with my cat. This is the fourth vet I've visited and now I know 100% what is wrong, not just a guess. Most importantly he was nice to my cat. I've been to previous vets who were rough with my cat or didnt seem to like cats at all. Most importantly Dr Owens has good listening skills. He listened to my every concern and I got solid answers. The staff were wonderful too. Great customer service here. I'm not leaving town anymore for vet care. We had the opportunity of meeting Doctor Owens son who has taken on the family practice. He is both professional, caring, and took the time to answer questions and concerns we had about our new family member. We are grateful to have such an awesome veterinaria to look after our new furry friend ? ❤️
