Without a doubt the best veterinarian I’ve been to. Dr. Owens will go out of his way to help you, & your pet any way that he can. My Labrador & German Shorthaired Pointer have seen him for 2+ years with several major “accidents” along the way with them both being hunting dogs. Owens has provided excellent & professional care each time. Truly thankful for him & his team. I cannot forget to mention the front desk staff who know us by name every appointment and get us in quickly even when we show up unannounced with emergencies.
Dr. Owens and his team are wonderful! Our dog is not easy to handle, so we really appreciate the calm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Owens listens to my ideas and explains his thought process and suggestions for treatment. It is a top-quality veterinary practice!
He was compassionate and thorough. I now finally know without a doubt what is going on with my cat. This is the fourth vet I've visited and now I know 100% what is wrong, not just a guess. Most importantly he was nice to my cat. I've been to previous vets who were rough with my cat or didnt seem to like cats at all. Most importantly Dr Owens has good listening skills. He listened to my every concern and I got solid answers. The staff were wonderful too. Great customer service here. I'm not leaving town anymore for vet care. I thought a bigger city would mean a better vet, and that was not the case. I trust this vet. I'm going to be honest, at other vets they were so abrasive… read full review
