Great place , very polite staff.....except whoever answers there phone could use a crash course on how to be a little more polite when they answer . Not treat people like they woke them up from a nap. Other then that I have no complaints.

My son used this facility since January of 2022. Nice people, but lack clarity in their billing policies. For example my son was offered a digital scale at no charge as long as he weighed himself 28 out of 30 days. After that he was told the scale was his even if he was no longer in the program. That turned out not to be true, because now they want the scale returned plus we are finding out that Dr. Mark Ryan (who my son has never seen) is billing Medicare for "remote monitoring of physiologic parameters, initial supply of device with daily recordings and management of the results" for a total of $297.00. I started this program late February early March 2022. I was over weight, not by much, I thought for my 5 ft. frame. I had surgery 2020, didn’t go as expected & I gained up to 155 lbs., lost about 10 lbs. I was having problems breathing & thought if I lost weight it might help. But where & how? A friend of mine lost a good bit of weight & I asked her, which lead me to the Woodlands! Shakedia has been supportive & wonderful from the start. I started out doing meal preps which helped me stay under 1000 Cals./day, which at first I thought was impossible! Thanks to my son for helping me with that!!
