Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

The eyebrow salon near my house recently closed, so I had to find a replacement salon. I knew about Ulta's browbar because of previous visits to Ulta. Service was excellent and the waxing was great, but my eyebrows weren't as thin or as clean as I usually like them done. After a little touching up on my own, they were perfect! I would say that for the job done, it was overpriced ($21 for brow wax, tweezing, and trimming). Overall the experience was a good one, I would just recommend being very specific with how you want your eyebrows to be done.

I want to say I have always had a wonderful experience with Summer, and send everyone I know to her. They report back similar stellar results. But today, I fear for this Ulta's continued maintenance of a Benefit Brow Bar. Cherish (and in the past, Renata) was a joke. Summer was out sick for my appointment with her today; I felt pressured by Cherish to get my brows done anyway. She sat me down and smeared dye over my eyelid and browbone, managing to include my brow. We're talking in the crease. I looked like a Marx brother. If you care at all about the shape of your eyebrows currently do not let Summer work on your brows! She is a very sweet girl, but she seriously just butchered my eyebrows. I worked on getting the shape I wanted for my brows for a year, and 5 minutes in her chair just set me back to where I was a year ago with completely curved eyebrows like I have capital C's on the top of my eyes. The shape I went in with was not the shape I left with. My eyebrows went straight upward diagonally and then curved to a straight line which protruded downward towards my cheek bones, if that makes any sense.
