Vet and vet assistant did not wear gloves, nor wash hands between examinations. The examination room was a bathroom with a examination table. I was not allowed inside with my cat, and the entire time I could hear my cat hissing and growling in fear while I was outside.

It's a regular pet store so it smells like dog cats all of it haha. This was the 2nd time I've gone here and I has just been to bathe my puppy. The washing station is semi clean. It has a lot of dog hair everywhere and can be slippery so be careful. It's very convenient to have around especially when you just pay like $20 to use their soaps towels and everything.

Walked in immediately noticed the customer service wasn't good. Nobody helped me find a tank for my bearded dragon, but when it comes to check out 7/8/22 at around 1:30. The cashier starts to tell me how my tank is to small for my pet, looks around her and tells the other employers the same and then tells a coworker to take me to a larger tank. After The Fact That I Said, I'm looking for a smaller tank not because I want to but because I'm moving somewhere smaller and can't take the tank I had before. On top of that came home to unpack the tank and I see a large crack in it, which would have been prevented if there customer service was 10/10 when I first walked in. This was my first and last time coming to this "supermarket" I shall stick to Petco and PetSmart. Everyone has their own things going on in life difficult or smooth but I honestly wish I never came across the cashier at this location, me and my dragon are both sad after her character towards us.
