The absolute worst service. No one picks up the phone and they don’t answer voicemails either. Completely unprofessional. Scheduling is a disaster and getting results is just as bad. Edit: To make matters worse, my results can’t be found. As a health care professional, I’m shocked.

Seemed to take forever to get an appointment or be scheduled. Had to call my doctor again and get them to follow up and schedule an appointment. Once an actual appointment was scheduled, things moved along. Got the home test done and then also had an in-site sleep evaluation. Went satisfactorily.

The worst patient services. They way they handle business is horrible Everything is an excuse. If you fax a request to them... Oh you have wait 72 hours to show in are system and if you the authorization is another 3 to 4 weeks. With all the advance technology that we have now this people are so behind. Anyone can died waiting for them to get things done. Horible!!
