This is my absolutely favorite Semper location. I literally travel from another state because I prefer this location, especially Jen!
I always get my sessions done with her. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and just all around fantastic. I honestly think she needs to be promoted in my opinion, I think she has upskilled wayyyyy past her role and certainly operates at a managerial level. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for her in the future. She’s the reason so many people come to this location, and the girls up front are so sweet as well.
I never had any type of laser treatment before today I had my first session. I have to say they are very professional and straight forward. I can already tell this will be a positive experience.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Semper Laser! This was my very first time getting laser, and my technician ashley made me feel so comfortable every step of the way—always checking up on me to make sure I was doing well. Not only was the service incredible, but the entire team of ladies here is just wonderful. From the manager I had my consultation with, to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, everyone makes you feel welcomed. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling, but I also make sure to book ahead. Sindia at the front genuinely always made sure I had an appointment booked and always greeted me with a smile.
