Expensive! Brought my daughter's uniform pants to get hemmed and waist adjusted. Spent more here than on the pants. When picking up, one of the pants needed the waist readjusted. The seamstress was defensive and rude instead of apologetic. We all make mistakes and it's ok. Went to pick them up and my daughter was not allowed to try them on. I had to have her try them on in the car. South Florida needs to work on their customer service skills! I am not surprised this location has 3 stars and the worst google reviews. I will not be returning or recommending. A. Walters

I have been doing business with this dry cleaners for years, and their service has really gone downhill while their prices have gone through the roof!In the past, if I brought something in on a Saturday, morning, I could usually get it back by Wednesday afternoon. This morning, I brought in one blouse that I needed by Thursday. I was told the earliest I could have it was next Saturday, or I could put a rush order on it and have it by Thursday. The price would have been $9.95, for rush service, and I would have gotten the blouse back on Friday, just one day earlier than if I hadn't paid the extra price. No, thank you.They have lost my business.

I have used this location multiple times. They have done alterations for me that have become undone. I dropped off one pair of jeans one weeks ago for an alteration and clean. They are telling me it takes two weeks to get this done.. Definitely never coming here again
