Reviews
I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I felt like Perfect Choice Roofing deserved one.
I live in the Northeast, and my mom recently hired Perfect Choice Roofing. From the moment they got involved, she was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. They took care of everything for her and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable with the process.
We had heard some things about the company’s past, so naturally, we had questions. When we brought them up, the owner was honest with us. He explained that a private family situation, along with the difficult economic conditions, had taken a toll on the business. What I respected was that he didn't make excuses or try to avoid the conversation. He acknowledged what happened, explained that the company had since reorganized, and was very clear that they were working hard to make things right and move forward.
That honesty meant a lot to us.
The company came highly recommended by several different people, and our experience with the staff confirmed why. Communication was great, everyone was responsive, and my mom felt like she was actually being taken care of rather than just being another customer.
Sometimes people and businesses go through difficult seasons. What matters is what they do afterward. Everyone deserves an opportunity to learn, rebuild, and prove themselves.

Thank you to the entire team for treating my mom with kindness and making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

Once everything was ready, the actual roof installation was completed relatively quickly and the quality of the work was excellent.
The office staff was always friendly, accessible, and helpful throughout the process. We also really appreciated their attention after the job was completed. They sent a landscaping crew to repair the areas of grass that had been damaged during the roofing work, which showed their commitment… read full review
