⭐ Homeowners, Please Read Before Hiring Contractor Benito Paul or His Company Mr. & Mrs. Shingles⭐

I’m sharing this with a heavy heart because I don’t want anyone else to go through what my family did. I absolutely do not recommend contractor Benito Paul or his company to anyone. What started as a simple roofing project turned into years of frustration, damage, and disappointment.

I needed an emergency tarp put up on my roof and this company and Benito did not disappoint. I had a tarp on my roof in no time! They responded to my call right away and were out the next day to inspect. Everyone I interacted with was great and I would definitely use this company again.

This is the worst company ever, not professional at gave me poor service . After waiting 3 years for a response from insurance company to agree to getting our roof done . I was introduced to this company to do the roofing this were a terrible experience with them , during preparation for the repair things were done correctly I and my wife had to call them on numerous occasions to take care issues one one in particular it had been raining all day so the repair was placed on hold so instead of them covering my flat roof with a a tarp my flat roof was leaking like crazy inside my daughters room this cause them having to come out that night in the rain to put a tarp on roof they also replace her whole bedding ( the mattress ) truly displeased. A received a notice from permit office stating that we didn't get a final inspection as requested to this company (Mr and Mrs Shingles) of which they didn't do nor informed us . I reached out to a rep from the insurance company and he immediately jump into action to get this corrected I got a re- inspection from from permits and was told the entire roof has to done over because none of the work were done to code I and my wife are extremely disappointed and angry I would not hire Mr and Mrs Shingles to roof my dog's house
