I came in with really bad hair , bad knots! No one could fix it but Derek did his thing and made sure I came out looking beautiful!! Best hair salon I ever been too! He really changed my life lol!! I get so many compliments !!! I'm definitely going to be coming back & not gonna go anywhere else

Was flying to Miami for music week and needed my grown out balayage to be touched up, I found Genesis through Instagram so I texted their number about a appointment for just the front pieces of my hair (money piece) to be brightened up. They understood exactly what I was talking about and were kind enough to make me a appointment like the next day. I flew in Thursday morning and they took me that same day! When I got there I was asked to fill out a form which mainly was about my hair history, it was very detailed which I appreciated as I know hair history is important for the desired outcome. Incredible experience ! Derek and his staff we super professional and welcoming . From the initial contact the response was almost immediate and I was even accommodated before a special event . My hair looks fabulous and I will be a client for life !
