Left ear felt clogged for a few months and finally scheduled a last minute appointment while on vacation. Visiting from out of state, but was seen promptly, and the wax removal process was quick and painless. I won't even begin to describe what was removed from my ear. 24 hours later, the clogged feeling is gone. Regret not having this procedure done months ago, but happy I waited because I ended up having a pleasurable experience at FresHearing. I plan on following up in a year.
