The company’s officers, including Captain Franklin, are known for their professionalism and dedication. They respond promptly to calls for service such as disturbances, suspicious persons, trespassing, solicitation, and street parking enforcement. They are skilled at defusing and de-escalating tense situations and successfully resolving conflicts. When individuals become hostile, officers create distance and disengage to avoid escalation, often returning later with police support. Their actions are always professional, as confirmed by body worn camera and dashcam footage. Captain Franklin is recognized as a consummate professional who represents FPI Security Services well. I have had the opportunity to work with Captain Franklin for approximately one year. The Silver lakes Community is a large community consisting of approximately 5,200 residential homes within 39 subdivision communities and 4 private parks. FPI officers are dispatched to calls for service from their dispatch center. They respond to disturbances, suspicious persons, trespassing, solicitation and enforce street parking to name a few.
