Absolutely horrible experience I went here to just do a wash and split ends cut and basically none of them speak any English. I specifically had my friend translate just the split ends in Spanish and she asks if I want layers and I bluntly said no and somehow she still managed to do layers to my hair and I’m so horrified by this experience I worked so hard to grow my hair long and she completely ruined my hair and I don’t know how long it’s going to take to grow it back normal. Love the energy when u walk in, fell in love with Xiomara, she knew exactly how to handle my hair, so happy I saw her. Hina with eyebrow thread was great as well. Will definitely be back!
