I brought my grandmother to see the audiologists Raul Plasencia after being recommended by a family friend. Unlike other hearing clinics we have tried like Costco or HearUSA it was a very pleasant experience. My grandmother is 95 years old and she tends to get very nervous and anxious, Raul took his time with her explains each option that was available to her. He was very patience with her answering all her questions and would not grow frustrated when she’d ask the same question twice. What i really loved is Mr. Plasencia as use hearing aids himself.
