I’ve been coming to this business for years and am a loyal customer, but it’s disappointing that customer service and appointment management are still an issue.
Today I waited almost 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no communication. No call to let me know they were running behind, I wasn’t informed of how long the wait would be, and I wasn’t offered a formal apology. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced long delays, and the way it’s handled consistently shows a serious problem with client care.
I understand that delays happen, but it’s the way they’re handled that matters.
