An incredible old school gym that gets you results! I used to drive all the way to Miami to go to an old school gym there but finally found one that’s local. Everyone is like family and there’s mutual love and respect between everyone. This is my new home now!
It's like working out with family. From owner to staff and other members, its an amazing gym, clean, tons of equipment and some new toys Loleta added. I drive over 20 minutes and sometimes longer with school traffic in the mornings but I wouldn't workout anywhere else. No place like home!
I have been a member for over 15 years. It is a family oriented gym, that also trains at the highest level. Trainers are knowledgable, courteous, respectful, and supportive. Great environment for fitness training and strength development.
