Isel, from Ivy and Sage Nail Salon is the ABSOLUTE best! Not only is she the sweetest person but she is a MASTER at nails. From keeping your natural nails as healthy as possible, to the sick designs and nail art she does! She is truly talented. I recommend 10/10
