“This review is coming from someone who searches the internet for HOURS to find the right stylist, and critiques their work they post online. Lol. I am a diva & extremely particular. But I actually came here on a whim without knowing who was doing my hair. I got a light blonde balayage 3 weeks ago and regretted it. I was dying to go back to my natural dirty blonde color. I called & they got me in the same day with Toni. She, and everyone else were beyond friendly and it’s a plus they have cool art on the walls and a dog.My natural color is a dirty blonde with mix of auburn and gold undertones. It’s a very specific hue of blonde I wanted back - and Toni knew exactly how to execute. She got a near EXACT match of my natural color with all of the complex hues. Toni took the time to listen and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and was able to dye my hair back to my natural color. I was so upset for weeks because of how unflattering the light balayage washed my skin out. Now, she restored my confidence. Seriously impressed with the color match and execution. “Francesco Is the best hair dresser I’ve ever been to. I have natural dirty blonde hair and went to a salon and the stylist completely messed up my hair. there were layers of so many different colors in my hair that i never even noticed until Francesco pointed it out and showed me. i’ve gone to so many other stylists trying to fix my hair color and still couldn’t get the blonde that i wanted. i thought that there was no more hope for my hair and went in scared that it would be the same thing all over again and came out with the perfect blonde that i asked for. i gave him a reference picture and he knew exactly what my hair needed and what he needed to do to it and spot on nailed it. I searched for a salon like this for 11 years and finally found a place that cares an nurtures for my hair and also beautiful up to date styles. It’s easy to find a place that can just do braids or sew ins but will they care for your hair. I have yet to find that before now. My stylist is Mercedes and she is professional, phenomenal at her craft and committed to me as her client. I’ve also experienced Brittany who is also especially talented. And they level of care between the two was consistent. I’ve watched the other stylists and I believe that’s the level of service and consistency you can expect from the entire team. “Nona fixed my hair! I went elsewhere and left with over processed, brassy orange, blonde hair laying on top of my brown hair instead of beige highlights or balayage. Nona at Tara Ashley took her time, figured out the best way to tone my hair colors down, add lowlights for dimension, and cut layers and trim ends to remove a lot of fried hair without losing length. “I wish to take this opportunity to thank Shannon and Fernanda in the repair of a dark brown hair color that a Lauderdale-by-the Sea salon placed onto my 87 year old mom. We are first time winter guests staying for four months in the area. It's really not possible to know who to go to for great cut and color and who is not when you are not from this area or have local friends to consult. We are staying a few blocks from Heavenly Hair By Shannon. I casually walk by Heavenly Hair By Shannon salon - Google ratings (4.9 stars). Likewise, I walked by the not so good for my mom Lauderdale-by-the Sea salon with Google ratings (4.4 stars). I spoke with Shannon a day after the dark brown color was applied by the Lauderdale-by-the Sea salon. Shannon listened to my concerns and of my mom's grief. I showed Shannon before and after pictures of my mom's hair and asked if she could fix the color. She said yes. I could tell Shannon worked my mom into her tight schedule. Today, my mom had her hair color repaired by Fernanda. My mom was amazed that her hair color by Heavenly Hair by Shannon is even better than she receives in Wisconsin. I share our experience with you, people who want to read real reviews. The high Google reviews of Heavenly Hair by Shannon are accurate. Shannon is the owner. She is a mentor. She teaches. Shannon and Fernanda are amazing and my mom will return for cut and color/highlights until she returns to Wisconsin in late March. Thank you Shannon.
