I called and asked how much for a hair cut. She responded with. Oh you can come, it's the cheapest. I said ok how much. She says. I'm not gonna tell you, I responded with, well you definitely won't get my business then, she literally laughed at my statement and I hung up. That's very arrogant. Not pleased with the professionalism at all and that was a 20 second phone call. Kind of ridiculous. 1 star for lack of tact.

I don't think yeoun cared about me as a person . It is hard to find hair professionals that really care about you as a person and want to cut your hair as if they were the client themselves. She just half way did a butcher cut. Sorry just being honest .
