Had a great body combat class with Millie this morning. It was very motivating and a felt like a million bucks when I left. The gym is moving classes around and it feels like a positive move. Another new morning class tomorrow with Shelly. Mat Pilates. I am so looking forward a good core workout with her. She is amazing!! Get up everyone and hit some early morning classes before work. You will feel great!

Well everyone I decided to try this place out today after Planet Fitness ripped me off on my membership recently the really cute brunette at the front desk signed me up after work yesterday and it is a very nice place similar equipment and a lot cheaper too, I’ll start going here for now on, this reminds me of the former Sculptures Fitness Center back where I used to live in Paulding County combined with Planet Fitness all in one except nicer of course and don’t forget to check in at the desk the cute brunette there will help you or any of there staff for sure! 😁

We were visiting for the Holidays and wanted to work out a few days while we were in town. Great customer service and super reasonable price for the week! I loved the dance room for my workouts!
