I am a new patient with two or three appointments under my belt. So far the experience has been very positive. The staff are friendly and in office visits seem to move pretty quickly. I do enjoy having the option of television visit whenever it doesn’t involve any hands on need from the doctor.
Mary French and the entire staff of the Panama City branch of The Institute of Endocrinology is AMAZING. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and welcome! Then greeted with a smile from the nurses when they call you back and get you settled in the room. They ask how your day is and are very thorough. Then just when you think your visit couldn’t get any better, in walks Mary French with a smile that brightens anyone’s day.
