Our house got flooded, and we contacted Servpro of Bay County to help us. Trevor, Eli, David, and C came in and worked tirelessly for 10 days straight, always starting on time every morning. They worked hard and steady EVERY DAY. Their attitude and level of courtesy they showed proved to me that they truly care about the people and families they service. By the time it was all completed, I had become friends with all of them. I honestly can't say enough good things about how they helped me through this very difficult and life changing experience.
We recently had a Tornado hit and much damage. Your people worked very hard to get it bearable and cleaned everything up so nicely. It was a mess! They were very nice to work with and very compatible. Please let them know how much we appreciate all that they did for us. We are moving along, but without your service it just all looked HOPELESS!
