I have been to Serenity Spa multiple times, but this last experience was by far the best! Judy at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, setting such a positive tone for the day. The massage and facials were incredibly relaxing, refreshing, and rejuvenating. The spa area was clean, fully stocked, and had everything I needed for a wonderful experience. I had forgotten my rings and they called me back to ensure they were put in the safe and ready for me to pick them up. Top tier customer service. I can’t wait to come back!

My visit started off not so pleasant due to being assigned a male masseuse, which I never had before and will never prefer. After 10-15 minutes of discussion, another female masseuse offered to perform my massage during the reserved time instead of making me wait another hour or rescheduling. The massage was decent; however, I left with the same elbow area pain and neck tension I had prior to coming. This was the most expensive massage I have ever paid for and was expecting an experience reflective of the cost.

This was such a nice little hidden gem! Even though I was staying right next door to it, I’d never have known that it was there- my mother-in-law only found it after calling our resort and asking if there were any spas nearby. Regardless it was bigger than it looked with a steam room, dry sauna and hot tub along with showers and a changing room along with some nice spaces to lounge. My facial was impeccable (I think my aesthetician’s name was Elina) and I was super impressed. The lockers in the changing area were a bit tricky, but just ask for help and they’ll get you taken care of.
