Terrible! I told my wife we shouldn’t have booked, she is pregnant and we came to the establishment straight off of the plane and zero communication. My wife and I both tried to call a few times to no avail, such a disappointment not surprised at all of the horrible reviews! Please avoid at all cost
I paid for the voucher against my better judgment I read all the reviews but still assumed somehow my experience could be any different. I went through all of the steps she advised and showed up at the appointment time and I am currently outside the business writing this and she is ignoring all phones call and text. Obviously have to escalate this with Groupon for a refund but beyond egregious! I communicate ahead of time that I was flying in. If I could give negative stars I would this is horrible! Then the building is not the best location either! I’d stay away just find another reputable business and spend the extra money.
This lady is very very prejudice. I had booked a Groupon with her for services back in May. I called her early in June to make an appointment for my daughter and myself she stated that I had to make an appointment by texting her. I had sent several messages, saying that I wanted to have an appointment that upcoming Tuesday or Wednesday . I had never heard back from her. I had let a month ago by, here it is July the 7th 2025. I was exhausted trying to make an appointment through voicemail.
