More than that, she is just absolutely delightful and I love her like my own family. My hair is naturally curly and somewhat difficult, but Jackie knows best how to tame the beast and bring out the best in it. She's an expert detail person and keeps notes on every little detail about her customers wants and needs, things that have been tried and ideas to try in future appointments. Furthermore, there ain't NOTHING that feels as good as when she's washing my hair. Mercy! It's like having magic infused into the hair follicles.
