Dr. Patel and his team are considered the best clinical staff in Bay County. The office has been a primary care provider for many years, and patients find the entire staff friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk staff are great, and the techs and office staff are the best. Patient care is excellent, with a 10 out of 10 rating. The ability to do a walk-in appointment is especially appreciated. Dr. Patel listens to concerns and knows how to help with problems. He cares and listens to his patients. Nurse Practitioner Candis Welch is a favorite; she is a caring person who listens, wants to help, and remembers things from prior visits. Every nurse and doctor is kind and understanding, helping with referrals. The office is the go-to clinic in Bay County, and patients recommend this health care office highly.
Dr.Patel and his team I think are the best clinical staff in bay county. I'm 73 and through out the years have been to a lot of Clinics, I have been seeing Dr. Patel and his outstanding Nurse Practitioners Candice and Kieth for about 5 years they have been great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The Techs and office staff are the best I've seen. I'm so glad I found this clinic its the best c in Bay county as far as I'm concerned, I've never heard one negative thing from anyone about them, its the go to clinic.

This office has been my primary for over a year now. I’m chronically ill so I’m here pretty frequently for colds and etc. every nurse and doctor is so kind and understanding. Helping me get referrals to the care I need. Candis Welch is my favorite. Listens and wants to help.
