While visiting PCB I had a problem with the surge unit on my Montana. The local dealer gave me Jason's number. He took my call and started running diagnostics right away. He kept working with me through 2 more calls. He was busy on another Job but still took time to help. He also put me down for a service call the following day. I followed his instructions and 30 minutes later everything was working again. I didn't need the appointment for the next day but tried to pay Jason for his time. He would not accept payment for the time on the phone. If i need help in PCB again he is my service guy. I would recommend him to anyone.
I would highly recommend Jason, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Arrived at our campground quickly and was able to instruct us on what to do with our camper. I will definitely be using him again if we have problems with our camper in the future.
