The level of customer service that Haid Electric gives barely exists anymore. I cannot say enough about the quality and efficiency of this company. I have used them for multiple jobs that were not simple, and have been consistently satisfied.
I was selling a house in Callaway, the inspector said it needed a few small repairs to the panel and add a few GFCI's in the new kitchen. John answered his phone, scheduled the repair the next day and took care of the issues that the inspector had mentioned. Very professional, on point and the repairs were spot on! Thank you Haid Electric, you did an amazing job!
I run a business in town and called Haid for a second opinion on an issue that we were having. John was quick to reply to my emails and arrived when he said he would. He and his partner were friendly, knowledgeable and worked towards a solution. I am very pleased with the service that Haid provided and intend to use them for any future electricial work. I have already given their number to someone else in need of electricians. Thank you Haid for your quick attention to my needs!
