We purchased a new home with hesitation due to an old air conditioning unit. We thought we were covered by a home warranty but it turned out that there were false promises made. Our air had gone out and the warranty company took over a week to come and look at it - then told us it would be another week for them to get it fixed. My husband is a first responder and works crazy hours and I am home with two babies…so this was less than ideal for us. Not only did he go above and beyond by explaining what we needed - he had his company come out THAT DAY and install it (as well as get rid of our old unit for us).
