Dr. Klin is an excellent physician, and I have no complaints about the care he provides. Unfortunately, the front office experience has been disappointing. Appointment reminders are not consistently sent, making it easy to miss scheduled visits unless you keep track of them yourself. When I called the office to ask for clarification about a procedure, the front desk staff hung up on me instead of assisting or transferring my call. It often feels like the only way to get answers is to take time out of your day and drive to the office in person. I hope the practice addresses these customer service issues because they do not reflect the quality of care that Dr. Klin provides

Showed up for an appointment at 7:15 and still sitting here waiting to get called back. Because the doctor still isn’t here and it’s 8:41 now. This is ridiculous .

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any doctor around the country. I've seen GI doctors in multiple states (Illinois, Idaho, Utah) and I've never had such a bad experience. I'm kicking myself for not reading the reviews here before going! I could have saved myself 6 hours.

I had to drive an hour and a half both ways just to get there, I waited 2 hours to be called, then I waited in the patient room for another 40 minutes before the doctor actually saw me. We were together for 5 minutes. Dr Klin was rushed, rude, and disrespectful. I clearly stated what I wanted and needed and he did not listen to me.
