What amazing customer service and professionalism...it goes a long way here at the beach. If you need any service for Heating or Air don't hestitate they will take good care of. They get 5 stars from me.
AC at our condo wasn’t working when we arrived. Contacted Emerald Coast Thursday evening. By Friday morning determined compressor was shot and lines would not hold a charge. Decided to replace entire unit (old one was 7 years old). By Saturday noon an entire new unit was installed and operational. Could not have possibly gotten better, quicker, more complete service in such a short period of time. Caleb , the service tech/installer was outstanding-explained the situation and options, and worked tirelessly in extreme heat to get the unit installed and operational.
