If I could give 10 stars - I would! Such a pleasant experience and professional service. I was able to get in earlier from my previous appt. due to a cancellation. Which means faster pain relief. His staff is knowledgable and sincere in wanting to make this dental procedure go well. The doctor acknowledged my feelings of really not wanting to be in this predicament of needing a root canal and assured me he will take care of it as gently as possible. He talked me through the procedure and talked to me during the procedure which helped calm my nerves. The office is serene and has a beautiful view of nature from the chair. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rex Harrison and his office staff. From the time I entered the door, to my breakdown (nothing they did, just bad nerves) to leaving the office, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. Dr. Rex and his assistant talked with me, prior to my procedure, to help calm my nerves, along with the music playing, brought great peace. I pray I never have to see them again, in their office type setting, but should I need another procedure I would be more than happy to go back to see them.
