The staff from Cooler Air Connditioning from the receptionist answering the phone to their technicians we can't say enough about this company! They are prompt courteous and so reasonable! Twice they've been johnny on the spot for us and our HVAC issues! So thankful for this company!!! Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Cooler Air Conditioning has been fantastic every time we've needed service at home or for customers. They are always fast to respond and provide honest, fair pricing. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and true problem solvers not salesmen and take the time to explain everything clearly. They show up on time, communicate well, and get the job done right. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values honesty, professionalism and customer service—after horrible experiences with other local companies, they are the only HVAC company we will ever work with!
I can’t brag on this company enough. Both times I have used them they have been super efficient, super thorough, and kind. Zach is such a kind technician, and always willing to answer any questions. Greg came out the second time and he was absolutely fantastic as well! MY AIR WORKS BETTER NOW than when we first moved in our house, thanks to Zach and Greg. (Moved in and it was a brand new house). Gina, that’s the woman behind the phone who instantly made me like this company, always willing to help, friendly as can be and she does everything she can to get you scheduled as quickly as possible.
