I woke up one morning, yawned, and pulled a muscle in my jaw. I saw stars. It was excruciating! I guess these things happen at my age, who knew?! My jaw was not able to close correctly and I was unable to open my mouth, chew or speak normally. I was in a lot of pain.

I went in for a consultation. Dr. Salamay sat down and actually looked at me and listened to me when I was talking. He didn't just recommend pain meds, he did an exam and recommended a plan of action to determine the root of the problem. Once I got X-rays done and he could see what he was dealing with he got to work.

Dr. Salamay not only treated me, well, he was compassionate and understanding, and at each appointment he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. I was happily surprised and quite impressed.

Dr. Salamay, and his amazing staff, really care about their patients. He cares about making sure you understand what he's doing and why. He cares about relieving your suffering.

I'm happy to say, my bite is back to normal, I'm able to eat. I'm able to talk normally, smile and enjoy my life again, thanks to Dr. Tony Salamay.
