I entered the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay system via a remote emergency room. The treatment and triage I received there was outstanding in my opinion. I was then transferred to the main hospital via ambulance with a diagnosis of pneumonia. I was fully satisfied of the support and care I received during my six day stay there. The RNs and other patient care personnel along with the doctors were professional, and also the highest level of patient care and compassion were on display at all times. It gave me a secure feeling during what was a very traumatic few days. I was very fortunate to be under the care of the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay team, and would recommend them to others.
