BAU HAUS GROOMING provides quality grooming services, with several customers praising their excellent handling of dogs, including skittish ones. Many appreciate the great customer service and quick availability for appointments. However, some have raised concerns about the unpleasant smell in the facility, which raises questions about cleanliness. Overall, the majority of reviews highlight satisfaction with the grooming results and recommend the business despite some negative feedback.
Rae came highly recommended as I needed to find a new groomer for my 3 shihtzus after a move and some health issues. Not only did my 3 get pampered but they were picked up by the shuttle and she spotted a health issue in one of my pups. If i could give 100 stars I would. They all look and smell terrific and it makes my heart so happy to have an option close to my new home and to be able to get them back on schedule for their spa days. They came home with a pep in their steps.
They are amazing definitely recommend, they got my pup in with absolutely no notice and I've never seen my boy look better than he has since using them. Thanks and we will see you soon.
I think the response I read was very damaging to Bau Hays grooming. I took my two dogs in and I am so pleased with the service and my two doggies are perfectly groomed and so sweet. Shame on the bad review as it’s untrue
